Join St. Clair County Parks for a Labor Day Community Walk!
St. Clair County Parks and Recreation Commission is hosting its annual Labor Day “Trek the Trestle” Walk on the Wadhams to Avoca Trail.
As part of the event, Participants cross the 640ft. Mill Creek trestle, the longest bridge of its kind in the state of Michigan. The five mile walking event will be held on Labor Day, September 5, at 9:00 am starting at the Avoca Road Trailhead in Downtown Avoca (on M-136).

After-walk lunch available with donation, offering Michigan Made Products; Koegel’s Hot Dogs, Better Made Snacks and Faygo Pop. Proceeds will benefit the United Way.
